Check you have the following documentations ( where applicable ) before proceeding on the next step of the application
- 1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
- 2. Memorandum and Articles of Association
- 3. Latest Company Form No. 7.
- 4. Copy of Current Business License
- 5. Copy of Tax Registration/Compliance
- 6. Copies of ID/passports for the Directors/Top officers
- 7. Copies of ID/passports for the Shareholders with more than 5% holding
- 8. List of Authorized Signatories (To be prepared on Company Letter head and stamped)
- 9. Company Profile
- 10. Current operating license from NCC or any other county where the biz is located (if in construction business)
- 11. Copies of business supporting documents-invoices, receipts, deliveries etc
- 12. Updated books of accounts from acknowledged professional -(must be registered with ICPAK) -Audited books last 3years (,2017,2018,2019), projected cash flows-12months, management accounts Jan,Feb March,2020
- 13. Aged listing of debtors and creditors
- 14. Copy of Proposed collateral/ security for the loan-eg if title deed , provide details if developed or not, estimated value, nearest landmark etc
- 15. Copy of the Construction approvals (if any) in regards to -structural drawings, plans
- 16. Copy of the EIA report (Environmental Impact Assessment Report)
- 17. Copy of certified BQ from approved and certified QS
- 18. Copies of resumes for all the professionals that would be involved in the construction
- 19. Projected monthly rental schedule for the units to be constructed
- 20. Current request (Resolution to borrow on a company letterhead) and how the funds shall be utilised
